Returns and Exchange Policy:
If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, please return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. If you prefer, your refund amount may be applied towards an exchange for a different item.
Returned items must be in good condition, not showing signs of wear (no rips or stains). We honor our Returns and Exchange Policy up to 30 days from shipping your item. To return your purchase, just send a request to: info@reachtherapy.me , with a subject line "returns and refunds". Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. Upon the receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price to the credit card used.
